We had carried out this project for one of the largest Rotary Hearth Furnaces in Maharashtra where our 32 people team worked day and night for 12 days to complete the refurbishment of one side wall and some bottom work Here, physical boards, insulation bricks, and high alumina special shaped bricks were used in sidewalls and low cement castable for burner block casting.

We had our carpentry team with modern equipment to complete the work in the given time frame and had made the required pharma on site. Also, using a high capacity mixer machine, low cement castable was properly mixed which ensures high refractory life with faster work.
